Is there a minimum required amount to invest?

Minimum required amounts depend on the size of the deal and which part of the deal you are funding (full project cost vs purchase only vs down payment only).

What will my returns look like?

A percentage distribution on a per annum basis will be paid to you, the lender, on an mutually agreed upon frequency.

For example, an investor who loans $100k at 10% interest p.a. would receive $10k at the end of the term.

Do I have to keep my money invested for the full term?

Some deals may take less or more time, at which point the investor is paid proportional to the amount of time funds were held by us.

What’s the risk?

As with any type of investment, there are inherently risks involved with lending or investing your capital into another’s business. However we have strict and vigorous underwriting guidelines that prevent us from investing in anything but the best. If risk is a concern, you may be eligible to be secured by the deal itself.
